Youth Ministry Mentors

Announced this week is an exciting new mentoring program headed by Tim at Life in Student Ministry.  Sponsored by YouthBytes.com, this program gives 10 youth ministry rookies the opportunity to get some 1 on 1 mentoring with youth ministry vets (my buddy Rob Kashow is one of them, as well as Mike from Reflections).  Mentoring is a much needed development tool that is useful for youth workers at all levels.  I still look for advice from my mentors in ministry.  I hope this program helps the new youth workers, and I am excited to hear all the great things that God does with this program.
